What time can I place my order?
You can place your order until 11:00 a.m. to receive it the same day or the next day (Monday through Friday). After 11:00 a.m., your order will be prepared for the next business day.
What does “5-Day Plan” or “20-Day Plan” mean?
The 5-day plan includes 5 meals, one for each business day (excluding weekends).
Example: if you place your order on a Thursday, your deliveries will be Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
The 20-day plan includes 20 meals, one for each working day for 4 consecutive weeks starting on the day of your order or the day after, depending on the time.
Do you deliver on weekends?
No. We cook and deliver only Monday through Friday to ensure maximum freshness and quality. However, upon request, we deliver meals for the weekend on Fridays.
Can I choose which dishes I want each day?
You can customize your order by choosing the type of protein, portion size, and accommodations for allergies or intolerances.
However, you cannot choose the menu; we offer one dish for lunch and one for dinner.
We update the menu every week, so you will always have different options.
What is the difference between the daily plan and the 5- or 20-day plans?
The daily plan is ideal if you only want to order a single meal, with no commitment.
The 5-day plan is perfect for trying out a healthy week or maintaining a flexible routine.
The 20-day plan is for those who want a balanced diet throughout the month and to take advantage of the best price.
Can I add desserts or protein bars to my order?
Of course! We have a selection of healthy desserts and protein bars that you can add to any plan.
Can I pause or change my plan?
Yes, as long as you notify us before 9:00 a.m. on the same day, we can pause your plan.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as you let us know before 9:00 a.m. on the same day, you can change the delivery address as many times as you need.
When are deliveries made?
We deliver between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
For a more accurate 60-minute delivery window, send us your delivery address via WhatsApp.
What happens if I'm not home when you deliver the food?
Our delivery drivers will ring the doorbell 2-3 times and wait a maximum of 10 minutes if there is no answer. If we cannot access the building to deliver the food, the order will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.
If you know you won't be home to receive your food, find an alternative location where we can deliver the food (ask a neighbor, a nearby store where they know you, etc.).
